Terms

Every project is scoped and quoted in writing before work begins. Additional work outside that scope is agreed and quoted separately.

Projects are typically split into two or three stage payments: an initial invoice to reserve capacity, one or more milestone invoices, and a final invoice before launch.

We agree an indicative timeline at kickoff. Timelines depend on prompt feedback and content delivery from your side.

On final payment, ownership of the delivered website, source files and content transfers fully to you.

You are responsible for accounts and fees for third-party services (hosting, email, analytics, integrations). We recommend and set these up on your behalf where appropriate.

We take care with backups, migrations and launches, but our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. Detailed limitations are set out in the project agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
